Last weekend we met just west of Yinnar for a “Mystery Ride” that Mick and Kev had previously "mapped out" for us.

Erin and I surprised Mick by dressing up. Erin rode wearing a hamster onesie and I dressed up as a fairy.

The fun continued despite the cold and dreary weather when we set off on our ride. The journey was a mystery to us all including Kev because he had forgotten where the path was. This resulted in the group doing a full circle and a lot of stirring up Kev for his sub standard navigation skills.

We pushed on and found our way out of the bush but were soon stopped because Erin had lost her phone but soon found it after doubling back.

We soon found ourselves doing another full circle due to Kev’s navigational skills but he soon led us back to a track.

On the way back Di lost he phone but found it after going for a drive after the ride.

We were all very grateful for the wonderful barbeque lunch Brian had ready for us when we got back.

All in all, despite the dreary weather we had a fantastic ride and getting a little lost made it even more fun for all.  ….  Bridie
