Meet at the crn. of Boneo rd and Limestone rd behind the Boneo primary school, come in from Limestone rd. l will be there at 9am but you can be there earlier. We meet at 10am to talk about the trail and ride out at 10.30am. Riding along Limestone rd,(into Greens Bush, National Park), Baldrys rd Macpherson Lane, Bakers rd, Mornington-Flinders rd,Baldrys rd, stoping for a saddle bag lunch at the Picnic grounds at Baldrys Crossing. Small horse yard and trees to tie horses to and a creek but no toilet. After lunch we continue up Baldrys rd to Limestone rd heading back to floats. If it is a hot day 32 and above we can cut the ride to be a bit shorter by floating to the round about of Browns rd Purves rd Baldrys rd and Greens rd. Parking at Greens rd under the trees, no toilet or water here. And we will start the trail ride 1 hour earlier. Meeting at 9am ride out at 9-30am. The surface of trails will range from sandy soil to hard clay with tree roots exposed and light gravel. The pace of the trail ride will be walking, troting, and maybe the odd controled canter where it is safe to do so.
