Christmas Party & Riding Weekend

On the Murray River Yarrawonga Regional Park

 This is a full camping weekend. Arrive Friday if you wish.

Saturday ride out 10 am saddle bag lunch.

Saturday Xmas dinner 7.00pm 2 course meal

Cost; GDTHRC financial members FREE,

$20.00 p/h non-members, $5.00 non-members 5-12 Yrs.

Nominations are a MUST for all by November 9th

Must be paid in advance for your nomination to be accepted and are non-refundable.

Additional Information;

• Santa will be coming – Mum/Dad, please bring a gift with your child’s name on it for Santa to present ($20 maximum value)

• Dinner will be followed by Raffles, Music and Dancing –

BYO plate and cutlery as this is a take in take home rubbish policy and to be environmentally friendly.

• B.Y.O Drinks and all food for weekend except Saturday dinner

• Bring all horse feed there is limited grass. Grass hay allowed. Some night lining will be available otherwise electric/portable fence.

• Toilets are provided

• Dogs are welcome but MUST be under owners control AT ALL TIMES

• Manure to be spread into the treed area.
