25 May Plunkett Conservation Park ride – 3/4 day ride 9am start

This ride will depart from Big River Country Park Logan Village.  Ride out at 9.00am so please be signed on by 8.30am.  The ride will be mostly on tree covered tracks, some are a little hilly but easy on the horses.  The ground can be a bit stony so shoes are always good.  Morning tea and lunch will be carried with us to have out on the ride.  We will have lunch at Flesser Road entrance to Plunkett Conservation Park.  If the weather is dry we will arrange a watering point here for the horses.  We should be back at the floats by 2pm.

Directions

From the roundabout at Logan Village near Woolworths take Millar Road (over old railway line and Opal Gardens on your left).  Turn right into Quinzeh Creek – Steel Rds (2nd on your right).  Travel approximately 2.5 kms till you come to clearing on your right, this is Big River Country Park, with soccer fields and tennis courts etc.

Ride Grade
