TRAINING DAY: Saturday 26/07/2014, 9.30 a.m.-2.30 p.m.
Croome Rd, Horse Arena, Albion Park
The aim of the training day is to develop participants’ understanding and appreciation of the nature, significance and methodology of ground work and of “having your bum in the saddle” and the relationship which exists between the two.
Participants will develop:
1. Understanding
2. Knowledge
3. Communication
4. Management and problem-solving skills
5. Skills in the application of methodology
The training day will create an atmosphere conducive to learning.
It will support all levels of ability and skills.
Training will consist of ground work and riding and link elements of both.
Later in the day a range of activities will reinforce the morning's session.
It will be a fun and enjoyable day with lots of friendly people and horses, smiles and laughter and a good story or two!!!
Bring a lead rope and halter, and a saddle! Don't forget your camera and bring your lunch and something to drink!
