Where; KORWEINGUBOORA Recreation Reserve.
When; Sat 6th December 2014 – Christmas Party Dinner,
Sunday 7th December Xmas Ride
(You may arrive Friday afternoon if you wish)
Time; Sat 7.00pm Dinner (2 Course Meal)
Saturday Ride 12 noon, return 3-00pm.
Cost; RCTHRC financial members FREE, (must be financial as at 31st Sep2013)
$30.00 non-members, $10.00 non-members 5-12 Yrs. Under 5yrs Free
*Must be paid in advance for your nomination to be accepted & it’s non-refundable sorry!*
Additional Information;
· Guest appearance by Santa – Mum/Dad, please bring a gift with your child’s name on it for Santa to present ($20 maximum value)
· Dinner will be followed by Raffles, Music and Dancing – it would be appreciated if you are willing to donate a raffle prize that you bring it along on the night.
· B.Y.O Drinks
· You are welcome to camp overnight at the reserve; there is plenty of room for night lines, and some room for portable yards for your horse, these must be kept away from the oval fence. Water will be available.
· Showers & toilets are available in the hall.
· See attached ride notice for Sunday’s Ride.
· No horses are allowed on the oval at any time.
· All Manure to be cleared from roadways and spread into the treed area.
· Dogs MUST be tied up at ALL times.
· No Exceptions other than Seeing Eye Guide Dogs approved by the blind society.
