Where: This is our annual Mother’s Day ride. Lunch will be at Matthews Reserve the local fishing spot, about 7-8 kms further along the Prairies Road. The Reserve is maintained by the local fishing club, and they would appreciate a gold coin donation.
Rides: Sunday ride out at 10am, have morning tea along the way with June, lunch at Matthew’s Reserve then back to the floats
Rating: 1 – there is tiger pear out there so stick to the trails. Rolling hills with stunning views
Yarding: At lunch need halters or hobbles – no yards
Water: Bring your own buckets
Food: Sunday Bring something to share for morning tea then lunch for $6 per person. Because it’s Mother’s Day get the whole family to come to lunch we hope to arrive there around 12:30
Facilities: There are loos at Matthew’s Reserve
Dogs: Dogs not allowed

Directions all km’s are approximate
· Coming from Gunnedah – takes around 50 minutes,
· Head out of Gunnedah on the Kelvin Rd for 21km
· As you enter Kelvin you will see the telephone exchange and the Kelvin sign
· Turn right into Prairies Road
· Drive for around 12.8km passing the turn off to “Oodnadatta (on your left)
· A wee way past this sign you will see a green mail box with Ingledoon on it
