It’s on again as last year was such a great success!

This is your Christmas dinner/party so come along with your partner/children/and volunteers and helpers of our club to enjoy a happy evening celebrating the festive season and just chilling out together at the end of the year – So please be sure to invite them along with you.

·         ~ $10/person attending - this includes selection of roast meats & nibbles.

·         BYO salads/roast vegies or deserts (let Maria know what you intend to bring so we don’t double up)

·         BYO cold drinks of your choice - ice in containers will be provided to keep your drinks well chilled, Teas/coffee will be provided.

·         Envisage arrival to be after 5.30pm – meal served by 7.30pm.

·         Let me know if you are vegetarian.

·         No need to bring plates, cutlery or glasses.

·         We should have ample chairs to cater for 40+ people. *** the chairs are the outdoor living table setting chairs….so you may like to bring a small pillow to help you sit more upright for the meal.

• RSVP to Maria ASAP (to give an idea of numbers) but all RSVPs & payment by 27/11 (not appropriate for Maria to purchase food for those who say they will attend without payment).
• If anyone has some cool ideas for games and fun…. let us know to include for the night.

Chris and I hope that everyone will have a great relaxing night to enjoy the club’s annual Christmas gathering with members, your family and helpers/volunteers of the club. Our place consists of a large undercover, enclosed, entertainment area (all good if it’s raining and windy – you never know!!) & an indoor pool to enjoy if it is a warm night.

There is also plenty of lawn area for camping for those who wish to stay the night & have a little extra tipple – you are most welcome to stay if it suits you and we can continue with Sunday breakfast!!!

Directions.Lot 198 Hempel Road Seppeltsfield / Daveyston.

From Gawler approx. 19kms up Sturt Hwy – turn left after Laucke Mill on to the Freeling Rd.

Turn immediately right into Daveyston & proceed through Daveyston & under the Sturt Hway & on to Hempel Rd (dirt) proceed approx. 2km – our home is on the right Lot 198 – 5^th house along.

From Gomersal Rd: Turn north on to Gerald Roberts Road (all dirt road through to Seppeltsfield) – This links on to Seppeltsfield Rd. Turn left & proceed towards Greenock, about 1km on Seppeltsfield Road turn left on to Hempel Rd. We are then 600mtr on the left – 2^nd house.

From Chateau Dorrien Winery Corner – on the Nuri/Tanunda main road – Head 9kms towards Seppeltsfield, proceed through Seppeltsfield and on around the sweeping right-hand bend towards Greenock. Turn left on to Hempel Rd. We are then 600mtr on the left – 2^nd house.
