Ride will commence at 10.00am however we will conduct our pre-ride talk at 9.45 am.  Please have your horses saddled and tied to the floats prior to the meeting.

Directions to the Paddock - Take Highway to Curlewis around 4km from Tamworth/Quirindi Roundabout (near Lions Rest Area) turn right over the railway crossing (Research Centre will be directly in front of you).  Turn hard left once over the crossing and about 100mtrs at the end of the gravel road are the cattle yards where we will park and start from

Ride Brief from Mark is as follows:

"Would leave from our Cattle yards near research centre entrance. we can park floats in paddock and lock the gates.

Would then ride thru our place to the black jack Forest and ride thru there for a few hours. Some of us have ridden thru the forest many times before .

Not a big ride but is quite enjoyable and close to town . June can meet us in the Forest coming from the Wandobah road side of the forest. I think June has been there before.

Going is pretty easy, some areas with a few stones/rocks."

There have been a couple of potential new members contacting me which is great.  If you are a nervous rider or new to Trial Riding, this ride would be a fantastic one to come to first and we welcome you!

For those that cant attend this weekend, we will be discussing the next ride at the meeting on Sunday.  At this stage the next ride is Goally.  If you are not interested in this location and feel that we should try other locations or have any other ideas, please sing out.  Send me an email and I will be happy to be your voice on Sunday in your absence.
