Trail Ride Challenge Event

When: Sunday 11^th Dec 2016

9am – 3.30pm

Where: Manypeaks Equestrian Grounds

The Equestrian Grounds area located on the South Coast Hwy within the township of Manypeaks, WA. The entrance is SIGNPOSTED ‘Equestrian Grounds’ and is next to the primary school.

The Trail Ride Challenge Event is open to riders of all ages. Winners in each category will receive ribbons and prizes. Eligible participants will be able to participate in the championship event.

Entry fee is $10 per rider/horse combination for ATHRA (Australian Trail Horse Riders Association) members and entry permits two attempts at the 'Obstacle Course' and also the singe obstacle events which include the 'Figure8 Barrels' and the 'Bending'. These events are timed events.

Non-ATHRA members can pay a visitors day fee of $35 to participate or choose to become full Adult MEC members for $130 (Juniors fee $60) which includes ATHRA membership till the end of 2017.

A BBQ lunch and other light refreshments will be available on the day.

Manypeaks Equestrian Club (MEC) meets twice per month, usually the second Sunday and the fourth Wednesday/Thursday of the month for Trail Rides and skill development club days. We are holding a PRACTICE Trail Ride Challenge Day at our club day on Sunday the 13th November for those wishing to come along and have a practice at the obstacle course.
