2016 Club Christmas Party & Ride

What’s happening:
Saturday Ride 10am, return 2.30pm

 Saturday 7.00pm Catered dinner
(2 Course Meal)
Bucking Bull riding (with competitions kids/adults)

                            Live Band /Music
Mr & Mrs Santa Clause for the kids (Please bring a gift for your child to the max value of $20)

Super Mystery Raffle
          BYO Drinks / horse / dancing shoes / bed                    

Cost: RCTHRC members FREE 
(must be financial prior to Sep 2016)

 Additional family members $30 per adult / $15 Juniors 13 – 17yrs / Under 13yrs free

*Must be paid in advance for your nomination to be accepted & its non-refundable*

Additional Information;

You are welcome to arrive anytime Friday and set up camp.

You will need portable yards for your horses (preferably hot), water is available for horses to drink (no washing down please).

Portable toilets will be on site / no showers / no power. 

This is a private property owned by Alan & Deb Schulz so please be mindful that we need to leave it in good condition, clean of manure & all rubbish and not use all their resources. 

·         Horses are to be reasonably fit, with feet adequately conditioned and / or shod.

·         Stallions by approval only.

·         Breastplates and cruppers are recommended.

·         Horses known to kick must wear a red ribbon in their tail.

·         Under 18’s must wear an approved riding helmet.

·         Riders under 16 must be under adult supervision and have a signed approval.

·         RCTHRC recommends that all riders have Ambulance cover..

·         All riders must adhere to the RCTHRC rules which incorporate the ATHRA Code of Conduct.

·         All riders must advise the Ride Leader of any medical condition prior to the commencement of the ride.

·         All Manure to be cleared or spread.

·         Dogs MUST be tied up at ALL times.

Due to catering being provided nominations MUST be in by Monday 28^th November  with all monies owed paid prior to the event via EFT.

*Note: a cancellation fee of $30.00 applies to those that nominate & don’t attend – don’t forget that it’s fellow members money your wasting *
