After consulting with Jo regarding the safety of the tracks we have had to alter the ride for Saturday. There will now be one ride suitable for all riders.

Jo will have signs out directing where to park from 12pm on friday. Riders are welcome to camp and arrive from 12pm on Friday. Compulsory horseless muster is at 9.30 Saturday Ride out at 10am sharp Approx 3 hour ride to lunch spot at picnic area at Bungal Dam. Bring your own saddle bag lunch. Approx 2.5 hour ride back to float. Tracks are stoney and shoes or boots are recommended. Terrain is undulating but will not include steep hills or creek crossings.
Camping is available from 12pm on Friday. Jo has a fantastic set up with toilet and bbq facilities. On Saturday night there will be a bonfire, so bring a few drinks and tell a few stories! There are to be no separate fires at individual camps. Do not camp under trees. Please do not attach your horse yards to existing fencing. The weekend is self catering for people and horses. Water for horses is available. Sundays ride will be approx 3 hours looping back to camp. You are welcome to attend one day or both, camping is optional and a lot of fun!

Saturdays Ride
Horseless muster 9.30
Ride out 10am sharp.
Bring saddle bag lunch.
Riders must carry halter and lead rope.
There will be two rides leaving at the same time to meet up at lunch spot.
Intermediate and advanced riders only can venture out on the river crossing ride. This includes steep hills and tough terrain. It is advisable that horses be shod or in boots. Crupper and breastplates are recommended. Riders must be able to trot and canter in a controlled manner.
Approx 3 hours to lunch spot.
The other ride is for all levels and those wanting an easier ride. Approximately 2.5 hours of bush riding to meet up at lunch spot.
Lunch will be at the bungal dam picnic area where there is a toilet available.
After lunch all riders will leave together for a relaxing 2-3 hour ride back to Joe's.
Sundays ride.
Horseless muster 9.00am
Ride out 9-30am We will have approx 3 hour ride for all experience levels. Easy social riding.
Camping is available and highly recommended at Joe's place. He has an excellent set up with fire pit, BBQ, shelter, even flushing toilets. Bring your own horse yards and feed. Water for horses is available.
The weekend is self catering so bring everything you need including a few drinks for Saturday night.
You can arrive from around 4pm on the Friday afternoon. The property is located at 526 Elaine Egerton road Elaine. Please use google maps to find it as we will all be travelling from different directions. Joe will have signs out to help from Friday afternoon.
If you are unable to make it for the weekend you can join us for either the Saturday or Sunday ride.
