RIDE NOTICE:

Ride will meet at 50 McCallum Road, Rocky Camp. (Will be sign posted off of Agriculture Bureau Road- Millicent bypass rd.)

Unmounted Muster 10am Ride out at 10.30am

Parking in the paddock or on road verge. No dogs please.

Ride will be in 2 sections ; Part A start to Mount Burr.

Distance of approx 7-8 kms on made & unmade undulating tracks. Harness may be going a separate route at the discretion of Trail Boss. Ridden horses track grade 2. Harness grade 2

Lunch will be in Mount Burr. The local shop will be open and can provide their full range of takeaway meals, drinks etc. Plenty of trees to tie up to. For anyone who wishes to finish their ride here we will arrange transport back to start to collect your float.

Ride Part B Mount Burr back to start Approx 18km on made & unmade forest roads, sandy in places, undulating to hilly in places. Suitable for fit experienced harness horses. Track grading ridden horses grade 3 harness horses grade 4

All riders should carry lead ropes, halters and water bottles. All participants must be able to WALK , TROT AND CANTER. Pace will be moderate but will include all of the above.

This is a very scenic ride and will be enjoyed by all. Why not bring some nibbles and drinks to get together after the ride.
