Gathering at 9 am 71 O'Brian Rd, Alton Downs Marg and Alan have allowed us to start from their place, We will after pre ride talk and sign on approx 9:30 am head off to near the Fitzroy river along quiet country roads with minimal traffic. An ideal harness drive with some room on side of roads should we need to let traffic pass.
Distance in total is 8 km- with lunch being held back at Marg and Alans ( bring your picnic blanket, thermos and lunch esky.)
Do remember mozzie spray and sun safe clothing. Water buckets for horses and water for yourself. Also be mindful with this outbreak of COVID-19 please if your not well be mindful of others and keep a distance as recommended.
