Cancelled Due to the weather conditions, which are going to continue for the next 24 hours at least, it has been decided to cancel this Sunday's ride which was to have been thru the Nerang State Forest.
At the best of times this ride is pretty rough, so with the weather conditions we have experienced over the past few days, the track will certainly not have improved.
Also, for those of you who are unaware, Graeme Sleeman is currently in Gold Coast Hospital. Apart from having a good dose of the Flu over the past couple of weeks, this has also affected his heart and he is experiencing irregular heartbeat. He has undergone many tests but at this stage nothing has been determined and until they can get his heart beating normally he will be staying in hospital. Graeme has had a bad run this year with his health, so we certainly hope they get on top of this little hiccup for him and we see him back on his horse very soon. Obviously this is a very worrying time for Jenny and their children so our good wishes extend to them as well.
Don't forget that next Tuesday is our monthly general meeting - same place, same time!
