Venue Charlie’s paddock on the right hand side of the SW Highway coming from Perth before Bridgetown town site. Directions From Perth head down the south west highway to Bridgetown. As you approach Bridgetown on the right hand side you will see some road works, slow down and look for the Site Office sign on the right. This is the entrance to the farm, there will be a lot of main roads machinery in the paddock. Enter into paddock at the Site Office sign.
Ablutions There are none, but Club’s bush loo will be set up and a small port a loo may also be available. Horse Feed BYO Lucerne and oaten hay only Horse Water Water is available from the dam Human Food and Water BYO everything, including Gas stoves, no open fires as total fire bans will still be in place Yards BYO electric or steel yards Tracks Suitable for carts. Some steep areas, breastplates, breeching and brakes recommended. We will be following the railway line at times, good under hoof. Recommended horses are shod or booted. Non members riding/non riding $10.00 per day for 2 days max Late entries - $5.00 This ride will follow the ATHRA Code of Conduct and will be run under the WAHTC Club rules. Bridgetown is not too far away there are showers/toilets at the caravan park and toilets in the town centre on the main street. There will be a cost to shower I would think at the caravan park. You will need to drive to the caravan park it is the other end of Bridgetown. There is a pub or two and cafes in Bridgetown.
