Please come to the AGM, 7.00pm Monday night 5/12/2011. Nominations for Club Executive positions for 2012 must be submitted to the secretary 7 days prior to the AGM. If nomination/s for a committee position have not been received prior to the AGM then nominations can be made on the night of the AGM. A Notice of Motion must be presented to the club executive 2 weeks prior to the AGM, in writing and signed by 2 members.
