Directions from the Bay. Kings Highway up the mountain turn right on the road to Mongarlowe (Northangera road), follow to Mongarlowe, turn right again onto Charleys Forest road 6 to 8 km to Shearing shed accommodation on the right again. Property name is "CURROCKBILLY" and if you cross Sapling Yard creek you have gone too far.

Good road with some sharp bends so horse floats need to go steady.

Camping at the shearing shed has electricity and a toilet next to it.

Brian will bring the Club BBQ for cooking. BYO everything weekend.

IMPORTANT that we get numbers in ASAP. Some changes may be made depending on numbers. Will be riding with Reg Webb.
Saturday 13/9: Ride out will be 9.00 for 9.30 departure on a full day ride to the Mongarlowe River for lunch. Variety of terrain, fit, shod or horse boots required. Sunday 14/9: Morning ride proposed to lookout and back for late lunch.
