VALENTINE'S DAY RIDE - SATURDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 2015
Join us for a leisurely afternoon ride through the village and surrounds of charming Canowindra.
Ride departure - 4pm from the Hancock Ranch - 3015 Cowra Rd, Canowindra.
The ride duration will be approximately 3-4 hours and will include a river crossing where riders can frolic with their horses in the cool waters of the Belubula River, a stop at the local pub for a cold one, a ride taking in the beautiful village of Canowindra and it's vistas, followed by a meal at the Canowindra Golf Club.
Riders please bring a headstall and baling twine for tying up your horses at the Pub and Golf Club.
Please note that terrain and conditions are varied including riding in village traffic, gravel roads and a river crossing. The river crossing is a metre deep at most. It is recommended horses are shod or wear boots.
