See below for directions, allow 2.5hrs travelling time from Albion Park. Property owner, Gordon McClung, has kindly allowed us to conduct our trail ride over his 1200 acres of farmland. Gordon’s livelihood derives from breeding Limousin cattle both stud and commercial stock. Currently the area has not received adequate rainfall and the land is quite dry, therefore he requests that there is absolutely no smoking allowed during the rides. You will need to bring your own sleeping gear/tent, horse feed, temporary fencing, drinking water, water buckets – water for horses available, winter & summer clothes as the days can be warm and the nights cold, no shower facilities available, welcome to arrive Friday after 3.00pm but catering not available till Saturday morning tea. A shearing shed with power is available to us so we have shelter. We will hire a portaloo and contribute some cash to Gordon for the use of his facilities, hence the increase in cost. Relatively easy riding over undulating country, some gullies. Please register your participation before 5.00pm Thursday 6th November.
